Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women and men alike and I am a part of this statistic. For 7 years, I’ve experienced physical and emotional abuse. Although I was victimized, Now, I am a Survivor and a Fighter. My objective is to raise Awareness that will help put an end to the cycle of Domestic Violence.

Our Mission

My organization, Purple Patches, aims to do just that. Purple Patches was created to empower women. It allows me to be a voice for those who cannot speak, and I do this through speaking engagements spanning multiple states. With your financial support, I will be able to offset the travel costs. My goal is to raise Awareness so that I can continue on my quest to educate and assist those who are currently in this type of situation.
